Pat Pattinson has spent the last 16 years assisting corporate clients with the implementation of Turnaround Strategies and Business Rescues. Pat assisted more than 200 clients with informal turnarounds in various industries and locations throughout South Africa, and since his first appointment as a business rescue practitioner in 2011, Pat has been appointed to more than 60 formal businesses rescues, and he has achieved an outstanding success rate of more than 95% on all the business rescue plans published to date.
Pat further assists creditors with guiding them through business rescue processes and ensuring that their rights as affected persons are protected and that the best possible outcome is reached for all affected persons. In December 2015, Pat was officially promoted to a Senior Business Rescue Practitioner and at the end of 2018, Pat was accredited as a Professional Turnaround Practitioner SA (PTP-SA SAQA). The TMA-SA Key Contributor Award went to Pat in 2021. He is one of the foremost practitioners in South Africa and is leading the thought methodologies in many aspects of business rescue and turnaround with a keen desire to assist and educate his fellow practitioners.
